The personal data collected in this application form will be processed exclusively for the purpose of the stay of Erasmus students in Maribor during the winter semester 2024/25. The organizer processes and protects all provided personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, pp. 1–88) and national legislation governing data protection. The processing of personal data is based on the individual's consent in accordance with point a of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The organizer will process the obtained data until the purpose for which they were collected is fulfilled or until we receive a request from the individual to withdraw consent. The request for statement withdrawal can be sent to ŠOUM, Gosposvetska cesta 83, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, or to info@soum.si. After receiving the cancellation request, the organizer will no longer use the collected personal data and will only delete it within 30 days.
